What does Negril offer, then? There is no more laid-back place in all the Caribbean for sunning by day and "sinning" when darkness comes. For those who want to literally hang out, Negril also offers the only officially sanctioned nude beach in all Jamaica. Negril is a sensual, fun-loving Eden where you can find shelter in everything from a Rastafarian hut to an overcrowded Jacuzzi where fellow guests might all be naked. If you like hallucinogenic brownies and 7-mile-long (11km) beaches but hate fancy French brasseries, Negril is the place for you. :o

Recently, Negril is also becoming increasingly attractive as a family destination.

Something tells me you can smoke and drink here [smiley=laugh.gif]

I'm sure all of us here could do with a little hedonism. Buuuuuuuuuuut..............the practicality of us all getting to Jamaica?
Smoked good pot there in the eighties 8). Like the kind where it feels like your head isn't connected to your body :o.
Seems like this group can pretty much have fun anywhere. We'll be hearing from the Carolina Encounter reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeal soon. I'm willing to bet they hope they get snowed in.

I'll vote for Hedionism and Negril. Spent a week there when my son got married (ok - they wore clothes to the wedding, but not all the "guests" were as well dressed). Loved it. I VOTE to have convention there...

Hey they have packages for about 5-6 for four days including air fare. That's out of DFW, but what the heck. No problem mon.... Plenty of room to have meetings and get togethers -- booze is included, Food all day and night.... No one cares what the heck you do....

When are we going...........
