I am now on day FIVE without a CH!!!
Some heavy shadowing this morning, but hey - beats an attack! Knocking on wood here.
Since my bad cold a couple of weeks ago, the beast is loosening up.

Carl I gotta thank you.

The other day you posted that you just weren't gonna take it anymore, and to that I applauded.

After I got off the net - I said to myself, ben, goddam it - you can do that to. So I looked at myself in the mirror and said:

I DON'T NEED THESE THINGS ANYMORE, I'M GONNA STOP GETTING THEM.

44 painfree hours and counting.

ps - up to that point I was getting them about 6hr apart. Last night was my first 'sleep-through-the-night'er that I've had in about four weeks (this includes new years)

Carl that is fantastic news. Vibes your way that the Beast stays away.

For me, I am not sure if I am on the downhill side of my cycle or if my increase from 25mg to 100mg of topomax on Monday is the reason, but ihave been completely PF since Monday nite.

I am sure you can relate to how good it feels to sleep and smile and laugh after many weeks of fighting the Demon.
