I would love it if you made it to the Bay Area again. I had a such a great night when you were in town - hanging with Virginia and your kids...

I have been pain free for about a year and a half - but just last week started pretty serious shadows. But, I have a plan to abort the cycle before I need to start the verapmil and imitrex. I'll let you know if it works.

It was great talking with you man. I hope you kick the beast in the nut suck this time. And *enough* of this shit about thinking you owe me anything. We're all in this together, PF or not. I've only been PF four months so far. I can't imagine forgetting the panic that comes with knowing your cycle is about to start. Godd luck man.
