Well I saw my doc again today. They are putting me on Topomax and want me to stay on the inderal for at least another month, then we can see about getting me off the inderal.

Again I was told that I need to get into a neuro, and my same comment was "Well then get me a referal and I'll be happy to go..." So that is supposed to happen. I wont hold my breathe I'm sure I'll get the run around [smiley=arg.gif]for at least 2 more months before I actually get my referal, but I at least feel like I am moving in the right direction.

Just throught I'd give you all an update.

As you know, different meds for different folks. Hoping the Topomax works for you and you get everything straightened out soon.

Keep looking and reaching for help that works. No success from Inderal for me. Good luck.

It's been a miracle drug for Blake.
I think the secret to minimizing the side effects is to start on a very low dose and then increasing it very slowly.

After working with doctors for so long, I finally figured out that in order to get the referral you need, that you must bug the hell out of them.

Call them everyday until they are so tired of hearing from you that they will get you into a neuro just to get you out of there faces!
