I don't know what to say. I thank god every day of the 3 yrs and am allowing a hope of it becomming permanent. Should i mention to the only community that understands that my eyes are full of tears for those not as fortunate.

That is wonderful. It is good to hear that there is a chance for the rest of us. I pray that you never ffeel the pain of CH again.

Congratulations on being pain free for so long.

Did you just stop having CH or did you find an effective treatment?

I' ve been using melatonin coupled with a complete change of diet and life-style. It just might be coincidence that the PF phase came with the changes.

I am approaching 3 years being cycle free. Few hits and a few scares but no cycle. Not since a 2 day hospital stay with the DHE drip.

Kinda makes me wonder how well I will cope when the inevitable comes around.

I was told that once you hit 50, the CH goes away!!!!! Hurrah!!!! That means for the past 4 years, I have not had it! Must be meegraines I got now!

That's great. I did about 3 1/2 years before the beast came back but with O2, it's under control.

Some were asking about my melatonin usage. I take 3mgs every night whenever shadows or other phantoms appear. rest of the year none.
