Over on the meds board, Hannah Froukje has started the gargantuan task of collecting non-medication therapies.

Not just therapies that helped many, but any therapy that helped even only one poster.

So if you want to contribute - just a few minutes of your time please.

Oh, and if you can spare the time, bump this now and again, so it won't get drowned.

I transferred it already, but any other helpful folks, go to the board and help out.

maybe CH causes temporary blindness we just keep running into stuff???
