President Bush got a call from the president of Russia. Seems Russia is having a serious population and aids crisis, and they seek an emergency supply of condoms to help controll the delimia. Bush told him that the US would ship a few million cases to them as soon as possible.
President Bush called the condom manfacture to order 3million cases of special order condoms. He asked that they all be 16inches long, and 5 inches in diameter. The condom salesman said "no problem, We can make them any size ya like." Then Bush asked that each condom be stamped with the word MEDIUM.
