Ya know whats causing Mad Cow Disease???????

Its known as Urban Sprawl.

The farmer loaded ole Bessie the milk cow into the pickup truck and drove her to the local vetenarian. He told the vet that Bessie looked pretty sick and he didnt think she was gonna make it. He brought her into the vets office to get another opinion. The vet agreed with the farmer that Bessie wasn't gonna make it. The farmer asked if there was any way to get some ideas about how to save her.
The vet walked into the office and sent out his Labidor Retriver. The dog walked around Bessie, then back into the office. Next, the vet sent out his Pursian Cat. The cat walked around Bessie, then back into the office.
The vet came out of the office, shook his head and said it didnt look like anything could be done for Bessie. Then he handed the farmer a bill for $250.00. The farmer said he expected a bill, but not nearly that large. The vet explained that normally he would have only charged 10 bucks, but that was before you asked for the Lab report and the Cat scan.
