The psychiatrist calls in his next patient,in walks this guy with nothing on but undies made out of gladwrap!!
The psych has one look at him and says ...Ok i can clearly see your nuts.

A pirate with a steering column and steering wheel stuck in his a$$ walks into a bar and orders a rum. the bartender says - hey mister - that steering wheel stuck in your a$$ looks really painfull. The pirate replies "Arrrggggh, its driving me nuts......"
