Yawning, Anyone else notice a that they aywn about 4-5 times per episode my last one I yawn at least 4 times. just a symtom I havent heard brought up here yet

Yep. I haven't had a real cycle for a long time but do get strong shadows and an occasional Kip 6 or so. I do not have an 02 bottle. My main way to fight back is deep breaths of fresh air. Seems the more deep breaths I take the more the yawns are triggered.
I don't know why. Probably just the way the body is asking for more oxygen.

Everytime I use an Imitrex injection to abort a headache ... I get a little notice that tells me the headache is almost over ... I yawn.

Sorry for all those typo's in my first post but I was on a imatrex kick. Anyway thanks for the reply's I will try taking more deep breaths during a shadow and the attack.
