God help me I can't find it but running on pretty close to empty right now too!  I can and will make it thru today.  I will check in on everyone tonight when I get home from work.  Once again - just want to thank all of you for the great advice and at least having a starting point to go from when I go to the Dr. on Friday.  I have all my info printed out and I am ready to take him on!

 The one I use is HSG chat (http://headachesupportgroups.com/echat45/public/index.html). There is ussually no one in there until 9 or 10 PM EST. There is another one on MSN but but it is for Microsoft users only so I don't have the link. You can also IM me on Yahoo or AOL chat If you would like. Sound like you have a plan for the Doc which will help a lot.
