no o2 don't go to dr untl fri - god, I wnt to die. it is getting worse and worse.

thinking of calling 911 to get an anbulance here to get o2 - what do you think I should do? go to er? they look at me liek I am insne

ypu can do that they can take you to the ER and maybe they can get you something. check your messages in a minute ... i'll give you my phone number

cs,

Turn on the a/c. Get as close to the vent as you can. Of course, this works better if you have floor vents. Also, if you have a fan.....turn it on and let it blow in your face. I have even gone out to my vehicle and sat with my face to the a/c vent.

The bad thing about going to er is if they just give you pain medication, you could possibly have rebound headaches. It might be a short term solution. Tomorrow you will possibly go thru the same thing you're going thru tonight.

One other thing.....go to the chatroom. There's usually some folks there this time of the morning.

Just wanted to tell you....if you go to the chatroom and noone is there.......go to the General Post area. Start a new thread.....use 911 or Emergency as your topic.

called Noni and God bless her she stayed on the phone with me for a long time. it finally subsided and I tried to sleep - unfortunately it came back harder and stronger about 4am - made my husband call 911 - firemen got here first - gotta say they looked damn scared - gave me o2 - about 7 minutes it was GONE! Have a bit of a shadow now but feel pretty good. Paramedics got here and stayed with me about 20 minutes - they even gave me a non-rebreather mask for when I finally get my own o2 tank!!! They told me that if I need them again to just call 911 and they will come out with the o2! God I felt silly having to call but now feel so much better knowing they didn't look at me like a fool. On a side note one of the firemen started asking me questions once the CH subsided and he said oh my God, I wonder if that is what I get. Told him about this web-site. We may have someone else joining us soon.
