Title: Clusters and fluid in the EAR Post by spc351 on Aug 25th, 2004, 11:14pm I went to the doctor a few days ago for the usual cluster headaches. He noticed fluid in my right ear. This is also the same side I get my headaches. Has anyone ever asked their doctor to check for this or is it just a coincidence? |

Title: Re: Clusters and fluid in the EAR Post by floridian on Aug 26th, 2004, 7:58am With all the swelling and fluid drainage that accompany a cluster headache, I am not suprised that some people might get an accumulation of fluids in the ear. |

Last time went to the doc b/c I thought I was getting an ear infection and the doc said it was strange because I only had the fluid in my ear and no other signs of infection.(on the side of my last HA) I sometimes get ear infections with CH. |

Title: Re: Clusters and fluid in the EAR Post by fun bobbi on Aug 27th, 2004, 2:21pm I too have tremendous ear pain. Seems to be worse when I'm in remission or between attacks when I'm in a cycle.....or maybe that's the only time I notice how bad it is!? I haven't found anything to relieve it yet. Tips on that would be kewl!! Kim |
