Title: Timezones and cycles.... Post by ExPat_jac on Jul 21st, 2004, 6:11am Friends, I'm new to the boards, so don't know if this question has come up before....could not find it looking through the topics so I thought I'd ask.... I travel a lot, and am chronic...my headachs seem to come in the afternoons mainly (except for the ones that wake me screaming in pain :-[ ) and I was wondering... Is there anyone else that travels, switching timezones and found that their cycles tend to follow the timezone also? Example...I move to a country which is say 7 hours ahead, and find my cycles continue to track apparent time.... (not that this really suprises me...but) Has anyone else noticed this effect that changing timezones seem to play at least on me? Thanks... jac |
