Title: Going Crazy
Post by Becky on Jul 3rd, 2004, 8:08pm
Hey All,

I have a weird question. Does anyone hear things that are really not there, while they are in the shadow stage. I know that when I have a migraine  (I know I said the M word, sorry) I will hear buzzing in my ear. Today it is driving me nuts, I swear I can hear a tv playing. I have gone around and checked the house, there is nothing on anywhere. I just wanted to know if I was going completely nuts or not.

PFDAN to all

Thanks,

Bec

Oddly enough, several times I though I heard a radio playing this time. I would have forgotten if I'd not read this. I thought it was due to the meds.

Good question . . .D never mentioned 'hearing' anything . . .but, I had a friend (non CH) who used to get a 'taste' . . .

I sometimes get the sounds in one ear (pain side) as if I was holding a conch shell to it on a beach with a bit of 'white noise' in the background. Sounds lyrical but it's irritating!
Happens mainly before or after an attack, can't say I would notice if it was during.
