Just had k2 or k3. Seems to be gone, now. :) H2O seems to do it for me.

Nope, it"s back. K3 so far, but it may be a long nite :-[

Thanks, 156,

Been here a while, actually. Just don't post much. Was diagnosed a few munths ago. That cycle went away, but have had shadows ever since. :-/Jerry_b

Maybe you never got out of cycle??

If you're still having shadows, you're probably still in cycle. I don't consider mine done til I have at least 10 PF days (including shadows).

Are you on any prevents?

No Sweat my brother in pain,
SOMETIMES I think that the shadows are the worst part. My big time KIPsters eventually go away its that damn level 3,4,5 constant shadow for weeks on end that makes me think of eating a bullet (Too much the puss to ever do it but you know what I mean)
