hey, 48 years old , had my first cluster at 35. 1hr. to 2 hrs. a day for a month or two each year. quit smoking three years ago ( chew a can a week). 2 years with no headache till now, So far have only hit about a 5 in pain. Only thing i did different these last months is stop taking a high blood presure pill(toprel). Maye be a kwinkadink? still drink beer everyday too. Iwas hoping after 3 years there would be more info on this .

If it doesnt kill us maybe we'll get time off and go str8 to heaven

Beer is my only known surefire trigger.
