I am aware of migranol only comming in a nasal spray. It kicks in about 15 min. and will give me 2 hours relief. Imitrix does the same thing for me and is a lot newer and cleaner drug.

my hubby has ch. I get the migranal ready usually! it's pretty easy. Tip I found only on this website: the migranal is in suspension - therefore, shake the little glass container before you place it into the little round holder to break it. This will shake up the meds so you are sure to get a "good" dose. Sometimes before I found the shake up tip, the migranal did not work as fast/well. Good Luck! Hang in there.

:o Thanks for the shaking tip .... I've been using migranal for 2 years and didn't know that.
Another thing ... usually I find a bunch of it up in the top that you break off. Tapping it with your finger will shake most of it back into the ampule before you snap it off.
I travel quite a bit and use the migranal in place of O2. You can pack 2 of the doses in one plastic case that comes with the kit. ;)
