The first edition of the sunday comic "Opus" came out last sunday and I still haven't seen it. I have looked everywhere on the web and while everyone talks about it, no one has it. I figured I would have to pay for it on the web but I haven't found it yet. None of the papers in the area carry it , so has anyone seen it on the web or can anyone possibly mail it to me, I think it is too big for a scanner.

So can anyone please help,

Looks like a $9.95 subscription per year.

I went to ask.com and put in the q "where I can read Opus online"

All I got was a page about storing, selling and buying comic books. Is that link correct. Thanks for trying,

I usually can find anything on the web but this has got me stumpted.

Plano already picked up my recyled newspapers on Monday.

However...

The local Albertsons and Chevron station usually keep the Sunday paper throughout the week. I will check this evening on the way home. If either has a copy left, I will buy it and scan Opus for you.

Or, you may have the same luck locally.

I just dug my Sunday paper out of trash.....and there it was !!!

Yes my email is correct, and I have Broadband so size is never a problem.

I was hoping it would fit in a scanner, we will see.

I hope I won't have to do this every week LOL,

Still can't believe it's not online. I can onlt find Bloom county and Outland.

Everyone, I am still looking for a link to read this online,

Mark, the master of hyperlinks?

I might be able to read the sunday comics online but I have to do it on sunday, anyone ever do this, when I checked on monday all I got was monday comics, no way to go back.

Here yah go Opus...might not be every weeks comic, but I found this one using coppernic(search engine) and typed in "Opus Comic"...can't say wether it will be there next weekend. Enjoy bruthah!

I guess google failed me big time, and everything else i tried,
but like the page says, this is not anywhere online.

I'll check next week and I will check all the online newspapers on sunday next time. I was stupid to assume that I could get it in the local paper and I didn't check it until monday.

Thanks again, I knew this family wouldn't let me down.

You know what it almost making having CH worthwhile, almost.

Opus,

Go to www.hometownnews.com there you can find a large selection of local newspapers listed by state and city, you can browse classifieds, read the daily news, and I imagine the comics sections of the same as well.
If not, do a google search for the artists name and It may give you some other sources to look in.

I think that an online paper on sunday may be the only source, If no one on slashdot could find it then that or bootlegs will be my only choice until the papers get there act together.
