Tonight Dave took a picture of Breezy in costume, in front of the house and he saw something in the picture so he took another in the same pose... same light everything... Could be a particle from the solar wind ( I can't remember the name ) or a neutrino hit the lens while the picture was being taken, of course it would be a streak or start burst. Any strong radiation sources in you area? was this a digital camera, I have heard of a ghost that wrote on Polaroid film as it was developing, so it could be supernatural, so just to be on the safe side, dress her in a friendly costume next year and put extra Angels out on "hell"oween night.

A couple weeks b4 my mom died her Fiance' took a picture of her and all around her head is these white blobby smoky things (kinda like your pic ree but in oval shapes) and the shapes if you look real close have dark spaces that look like eye's nose and mouth in the middle of each shape. Looked like faces all around her. It was a really creepy picture!
