Post by zanychef on Oct 8th, 2003, 1:53am yes i was talking online to Chuck last night with Cathi and Svenn,he isn't doing too well what with CH and his heart,now to top it all he can hardly see to get online ,Cathi phones him most days as i will be when Cathi goes away,problem is even though he can't see a)he won't go to the doc stubborn git that he is and b)he was driving yesterday!! he has a friend called Sean who comes round to help him everyday but how much longer this canm go on i don't know we are all trying to get him to go to hospital to find out what it is but he won't will keep you posted as and when i hear anything zany chef p.s. i think he needs a few more vibes |

I knew that he was having a hard time, but was hoping he was better. Sounds like he is in pretty bad shape :'( Damn, surely we have a clusterbud that lives where he lives. Do we??????????? ??? (not sure where that is) Cathi ?? Can any of us do anything for Chuck ??? Please let us know. I would be happy to call him, but don't have his #. His O2 is still working about 50% of the time so that's good, but he is still as stubborn as always. He can see a little bit but not good enough at all. Everything is normal so far, and his eyesight is coming back somewhat. But he couldn't see Cerebus's painting very clearly and THAT is a shame!! You chronics drive me crazy. You all try not to cry, b*tch, whine or moan. "Someone else needs the vibes...someone else is worse off then me." Dammit...I say TAKE IT!! There are enough vibes around this place to go around. Chuck keeps saying...don't fuss over me, don't worry about me. I keep telling him...us females are going to worry and there's NOTHING he can do about it. So shut up and take it!!! He also meantioned (while he was saying how so many more are worse off then him) that Svenn is getting hit hard right now. SO SENDING BIG VIBES UP TO SVENN ALSO!!!! Mast |

Ask yourself: "What's the worse that can happen if I see a doctor?" If the answer is that it won't make things worse......and I'm pretty sure you'll see that it won't, give in and make an appointment. If nothing else, seeing an MD usually has a cathartic effect. He's a pain.....I admit it.....now, what was the question? Oh, Chuck....well, yes, he seems to be doing a bit better. he still has about a week before his Neuro tries a new cocktail on him....gets hit pretty regularly...and yes, that is compounded by heart trouble. He had virtually no vision for a few days(and had the doubious honor of hearing me badger him several times about how he was 'waiting for his vision to come back") Idjit refused to call his doc....He didn't like it one bit when I asked him if he could figure out how many fingers I was holding up....and which ONE it might be....but I aM smarter than he is..... He has been online a bit, lately...not much because of the possibility of blowing out his vision again....oh, and if you live in North Carolina...GET OFF THE ROADS TIL FURTHER NOTICE!!! When Chuck uses the 02 properly, it works pretty well.. When the CH is under control, and he is a bit stronger, the cardio will assess the heart trouble, and act accordingly..... he is, overall, coping...as one would expect....and he manages to keep his spirits pretty good...a conversation with him is always good for a laugh..and he NEEDS that contact! Believe me, idle threats do absolutely nothing for this clown.....I have his address....if ya ever think it is time, let me know, I'll call 911 in his berg...and get paramedics out there. Do please send him vibes...send him jujus, prayers, wishes....the whole enchilada.....but he would want me to remind you....he is only one of MANY running out of steam, fighting, dancing, hurting, not sleeping.....well, you know.... Most of all, NEVER let him know I said anything nice about him.......it'll ruin my rep..... I'll be gone all weekend....he'll need a diversion, so give him a call..... Jean, ya got an IM..... Wow, what a pleasure it was to talk to him. Now he is one clusterhead that I just gotta meet. 8) Chuck is having a rough time right now....but he is more concerned about everyone else here. He has a heart bigger than Texas. ;) So, even tho he wants our pf vibes to go to others that are suffering, I just gotta send him some, anyway. ;) TONS of pf vibes to you, Chuck......Now pile those 3 or 4 pairs of readin glasses on your achin head and get back on this board!!
