Title: PRAYERS NEEDED FOR A FRIEND… Post by ZAIRA on Sep 20th, 2003, 5:57am :'( His name is Giulio, a 25 yrs. old boy, we have been studying together for 10 years it is a friend and has been a good buddy at the school and out of the school. Yesterday he had a terrible accident, he was driving his motorbike. >:( A drunk man crossed him the way and he was dragged for 20 metres. He is not in danger for his life but both his legs are broken, doctors have removed his milt and the worst thing is that he has also a lesion in his back and risks the paralysis. :'( His girl friend is upset, they have a 3 month old baby. My 23 year old cousin was taking his girlfriend home one night on his motorcycle and a drunk driver swerved and hit him head-on. They had to rebuild his left leg, and will never walk right again. The kid has had it pretty hard, but he is an arrogant little shit and a fighter. Tell your friend he has a battle, but it will get easier as the days go by. Peace, Carl |
