No its not.....LOL ;D

Its a bollard, a switch gets mounted in the square opening and it gets cemented in the ground.....people in wheel chairs roll up to it and push the switch to open doors.

More than half the work I do is for the handicap....and here some of you thought I was a complete and TOTAL bastard.....LMMFAO ;D
