Standard bank rates being applicable (and with collateral, which the island itself will be used for). And a private warehouse line will have to be used. I recommend a Swiss bank or Argentine. 6.5% on a 30 year note. That is just shy of $26,000 per month. This does not include taxes and any other applicable fees (which I am unsure of, but let's guesstimate at $5,000 per month). This is a grand total of $31,000 per month. If 100 CHs decide to do this, that is $310 per month, per person. This does not include booze and thongs. |

And I wear bow ties too, but not the ones Pee Wee does. His is a thin, joke tie. Mine are cool and go well with seersucker suits. My grandmother used to yell at me wearing them. She'd always screech at me when were headed to dinner: "I never trusted a man in a bow tie!!!" And I'd say back to her: "Ah, grandmother, I know you're always right". And just smile.
