Title: VIBES, please... Post by CathiP on Aug 10th, 2003, 6:47pm Once again, it is moving day for Grant(BrainCramps). Had a great conversation with him last night, laughed a lot, chatted a lot. He was in great spirits. He caught me again this morning, and we had more laughs- he was in rare form, as we talked about things. I kept trying to get offline, but he wasn't having any part of it. Just got back to the computer, and there is a msg waiting from Grant, letting me know he has to move again......but he has no clue where this time. He will land on his feet, I know it, but would you please send him some vibes? Everyone, now, please...."GRANNNT! Just when I thought life couldn't get any harder and I couldn't handle life anymore I got renewed Hope and Strength somehow and then things did actually brighten up and get better. I just got moved in with my bro and his wife. 24 hrs ago, it only looked like I was only gonna be able to store stuff here (not including me ;)). After mentioning how nice the weather was last night, they realized i wasn't joking when I said I didn't know where I was going next. Unemployment and bankruptcy at the same time SUX, but I'm 1/3 of the way there. Also, I think my company may have got the investment/financing that I'll need to get back to school for 3 months. Still a couple of kinks to iron out. (Hopefully the banko trustee doesn't have a problem with that.) Its amazing how much things can change in 24 hrs!!! :D Thanks again, Grant 8) (not in the park anymore ;)) P.S. Thanks to those of you that mentioned my dad. Last week we found that the cancer has spread. Because of problems with radiation and surgery last year, they are not options. That leaves chemo. We are all hoping and praying that his situation turns around. Pep: yep, the last few months have been rough, but I'm hoping that I'm past the worst of my problems now. (Fingers crossed for my dad.) Thanks all of you! :D |
