You'll see some of the old text on C.H. describe the typical user: Male, Type "A" Personality, Brown Hair & Brown Eyes, Horrible complexion, Heavy drinker & Smoker. My best guess is that it may have something to do with our genetic make-up. But who knows. I do know that no one in my family has suffered from CH. One sister with Meegraines. This is something that Dr. Bigal and Lori brought up with us at the convention. While our numbers seem so low for how many suffer, they could well be extremely inaccurate because certain ethic groups are being misdiagnosed. They have discovered that an African American Female will go as much as 3 times longer than a caucasion female for diagnoses and may never get diagnosed because of ethnicity. This is something we hope to address in the future and attempt to get the stereotype removed. Cat |
