Eligibility: "The Glaxo Wellcome Patient Assistance Program has been established to provide short-term assistance to eligible patients who cannot afford their needed medications. All Glaxo Wellcome medications used in an outpatient setting are available. The Glaxo Wellcome Patient Assistance Program is a philanthropic activity of Glaxo Wellcome. The only fee that patients are required to pay to participate in the program is a pharmacy co-payment of $5 or $10 per prescription."

I swear I posted to this already but my post seems to have disappeared...bizarro world. Anyway - I want to know if this info is on the OUCH site somewhere and if not, can it be put there with the Merck and Pfizer info so it is always available even after this thread fades?
