Title: Chiropractic help. Good? Bad? You decide.
Post by BobG on Jul 16th, 2003, 4:11am
Over the years there have been many posts on the subject of Chiropractors and treatment of CH. This one is not about CH. It's about neck manipulation and strokes. I'm not taking sides here. You have to make up your own mind(s) before deciding on chiropractic help.

Type "chiropractic neck manipulation" (without the quotes) into your Google.

Thanks Bob. Interesting excursion.

This is an old hobby horse of mine but I'll take it easy.

There is little Chiropractic can do for illness. It has been a favorite of people who go out of their way to avoid anything clinical. (ie:  invasive tests, serious questions, and of course, needles) Chiropractic isn't invasive and easy on everything but the bank account. I know of more than one who has spent several hundred dollars every month on unnecessary appointments and redundant X-rays for not much of anything. It happens all too often.

Better to seek medical help with the money.

Charlie
