Ok, the last time I went to see my doc I asked him if there was any mineral or vitamin that would trigger a CH.. He said to me "Niacin" I hope I have spelt that correctly.
Now maybe this is a coindidence I am not sure..but a couple of months ago, my boyfriend got me on a health kick,, he gave me lot's of "health bars" to eat for breakfast and vitimans to take as well. And around about that time is when my "flare up" started. I have just looked at one of my health bars "Lean Body" it is a high protien meal replacement bar and it has Niacin in it. Also I am sure my one a day vitimans contains Niacin.

Jayne,
If memory serves me.....pot smokers take niacin to clean up so they can pass drug tests. I wouldn't swear to this but that came to mind when I read your post. As to the HA trigger I can't address that.

I had a Niacin dificiency problem once when I went through my divorce and lost oodles of weight... My tongue cracked right down the middle and that is also when I felt like I had bouts with depression.......I read that sight and boy it explained alot... thanks Jayne hope you feel better soon love ya Ree

that's wierd because my "health bars" had a lot of Niacin in them and I was taking a multi vitimin as well as a high dose of vitimin C. I'm telling ya..as soon as I was taking all this "health stuff" that's when my whammers kicked in and my verap didn't seem to be doing squat.
It seems as though it pays for us to be unhealthy..bring on the butter and the lard. Thank you for your help Don!!!

You would only know this if you were a pot smoker and used this....but if you were a pot smoker... how would your memory serve you? huh? :D

Noooooooooooo Jackie never had Niacin huh???? Well it is in foods like bread, beer, pasta. cereal, etc lots a stuff.......look on yer lables......... hey that could splain the beer trigger for some maybe ya got something there Jayne and Don................I do not speak with forked tongue................I never ever ever fib.... ever ever...........sheesh.......................ree
