Well I was on vacation for a week starting FD weekend. I was up in Minnesota to do a little (LOT) of fishing and lo and behold, Fathers Day morning I caught a 10 lb. Walleye! My first, I've gotten 8's, 9's but never a 10 pounder until that day! only took 25 years. The other FD gift that I got that day was watching my 3 yr. old catch his first fish (Perch) it brought tears to my eyes as it did when my older son caught his first fish 11 years ago (Bluegill).

As Spongebob would say "What a great day!"

Things like that make me feel like the cup is still half full and not half empty. Damn right!!!!!!!!!

;)Abso-flippin-lutely, Jimbo! That's when you know, beyond a shadow, that life is, in fact, gooood......
now you take those memories, and you keep them close by, and when things get tough.....you drag them out....... that's what helps you get by!
Now put those cute fishies back in the water and wash your hands....

Hmmmmm. So you drowned some worms and came up with a big fat lot of memories. whoo-hoo. and good for you Jimbo. Couldn't be happier for you.
