Seems to me we go through this on a regular basis.

New person comes in. Asks a question. Doesn't like the answer, or wants the answer RIGHT NOW, gets an attitude, and everyone jumps on the bandwagon.

New person leaves. Only to be followed in about 3 months, by someone else.

Feels kinda like "ground-hog day" all over again.
