Cluster headaches are not rare by the legal definition which is a prevalence of 200,000 persons in the U.S.

Could somebody explain what are the bennefits of classifying CH as 'Rare'? Most of this is still pretty new to me. I have seen a few posts on this subject, but couldn't figure out the bennys of it. Thank You.
