Title: new migraine sufferer Post by scoobie on Jun 19th, 2003, 9:32pm Two months ago I bought an exercise stepper. I used it everyday. I like the result, I was losing inches and my clothes are starting to fit a lot better. Then after 3 weeks going in my exercise routine I develop migraines. At first I didn't know what it was, I took 2 Tylenols (500 mg/ea) for 2 days. Migraine didn't go away. Then I stop using the stepper for 2 weeks....the Migraine stopped. I then went back on the stepper once every other day and not migraine started again. Has anyone suffered migraine due to an excerise routine? |

Title: Re: new migraine sufferer Post by Charlie on Jun 19th, 2003, 10:21pm Sorry about your pain. I suppose the term "cluster headaches" can sound like a form of migraine. Actually, clusters and migraines are related only by location. Some do have both and stick around if that's the case. If not, there are many more migraine sites than there are for clusters. Take care. Charlie |
