This has probably been posted before but due to the fact that 1) I'm new to the board and 2) It's a bit too general to try and search the posts for - I'm going to ask anyway.

What side do you get your CH on? ???

Here are left and right rusults if they will paste here nicely:

Side of face affected
Left side ONLY 4281 35%
Right side ONLY 5295 44%
Both sides 2310 19%

My cycles genearlly last 3 months, at the sart of my cycle, my CH is on one side, then it switches to the left after about a month and a half, so I know I'm half way done when the CH switches sides...It has been that way since I was 12... :P

FUCKENEH....LMAO....what was the question? Oh yeah...usually left, but sometimes right, once switched sides in the middle of an attack about 15 years ago...I swear!

Out of cycle I get migraines/ if I drink etc. always on the right. the first shadow appearing on the left side is the terrible news that a ch cycle is starting.
