or have forgotten. A healthcare facility has an ethical obligation to treat your pain. If you feel they have not done so there is recourse.

If you feel you are not being treated properly, ask for the number for JCAHO (jayco). It is supposed to be posted in the ERs but let them know you intend to call. I've done this and was immediately given a shot of demerol.
