Dads are special, I know my dad is to me. He has gotten more special these last few years.

I also want to add to this by wishing all of the Fathers out there a good day.

Enjoy the time that you have with your families and take the time to tell them how you feel.

On a side note, a very side note, this is a hard day for me because it is the first Fathers day for me without my dad. I hope that wherever he is that he hears me say Happy Fathers Day to him.

Anyways, just wanted to add that....

We will be thinking of you all day Jill... Elaine thanks for the well wishes... My Daddy is very special also... he is 80 and I dont know how much longer I will have him... Dave is sporting his Sponge Bob pants that Breezy gave him for Father's Day... love to you Ree

Jill, do like I do every year...go see your Dad and plant some flowers, talk to him. People think im nuts cause im laughing it up telling the old man jokes and its just me standing there, I dont care what people think...im talking to my old man and not them.

A poem for all the Dad's from their kids:

Sometimes you get discouraged
Because I am so small
And always leave my fingerprints
On furniture and walls.

But everyday I'm growing
I'll be grown someday
And all these tiny handprints
will surely fade away

So here's a final handprint

Happy Fathers Day guys.

Sometimes we take you for granted but that doesn't mean you are any less appreciated.

When I had my nursery school many years ago, I came across the following, and it has been meaningful to me ever since. It says a little about how very important you are.

A Little Fellow Follows Me

A careful man I ought to be,
A little fellow follows me.
I dare not go astray,
For fear he'll go the self-same way.

I cannot once escape his eyes,
Whatever he see me do, he tries.
Like me, he says, he's going to be,
