Title: Open letter to the board, and all lurkers...... Post by Roxy on Jun 13th, 2003, 5:13pm This letter is addressed to whoever is reading the board, and sending me anonymous email. I have received a total of two; one a few weeks ago, and then a new one today. It has to be someone who reads the board, because they addressed me as Roxy. I will not leave the board, and I will not change my mind, no matter how ugly you get in your emails. You will not anger or frighten me away. If I can face being a chronic clusterhead, I can face your unintelligent ramblings. If you are doing this out of boredom, some continuing education classes might be worth looking into…..you could use the courses in English. You say you don’t think I really have clusterheadaches. You could be right…..I’ve always known this was all in my head ;D. You say you don’t like my posts…..well, that’s just tough shit. Don’t read them. When you see my name……just skip over it….duh! You say that I am ugly and obnoxious and have no place on the board. I say hey…..everyone is entitled to their own opinion. You don’t have to keep voicing it over and over. I am not going to say I’m sorry you feel this way, I don’t honestly care how you feel. SO JUST FUCK OFF not a very nice person whew....I feel better now..... ;) ;D |

We can all have our say in response to this cowardly harrassment, but the best course of action is non at all. People like this get off on the publicity and commotion that they cause. Usually when ignored, the eventually give up because they aren't getting any attention. If the mail turns evil, there are things you can do about it legally. These people can be traced with just a little effort. All e-mail can be read. No one hides behind it because it isn't really private like some believe. The url is easy to trace too. Sorry this is happening to a nice person. Keep us posted..........we can probably help you trace this person. |

I guaran-dang-tee ya SOMEONE here will be able to recognize the style/writing of this person. Folks that would stoop to that level HATE to be exposed. You can also trace the source of the e-mail by adjusting your settings to show the IP address. With a lil bit of good sherlocking, you'll be able to know what city the sender is in...then just look at the Where We Live button and *presto* IDENT the perp. |

I was a little irritated when I posted yesterday. I tried to send a reply back to the email, both times; it just came back undelivered. I'm not about to post the email on this board....for a couple of reasons. I don't want the dickhead to have his words public and read by everyone, and he does speak about some......mmmmmm.....anatomical things that don't need to be repeated either. All the guys that work for Greg offered to track the email addy too.....but, ya know......he's a piece of crap, and he's not worth the effort. That just gives him a little too much credence. I was just hoping that no one else had received any of these. I know it's not anyone on the board doing it, but I guess there are just some nuts out there in cyberspace. Greg's first words were....."I'm more worried about him infecting your computer with something"......LOL. Well, I can guarantee you that in just a few minutes, this guy will be sent into cyber orbit never to be seen again.
