I don't know if I am a lurker or not, not really losing sleep over it. I always register and just love to read all the posts just don't post much myself, might get more regular at it someday.

Right now just wanted to let anyone who wants to know that oxygen has really helped me. I tried it five years ago when I was blessed with this shit, but no one told me how to use it. I would wait until the HA was well on its way and try it at 3 lits. Well it don't do shit at that level at that point. Thanks to this site I gave it another try and the right way. My doc never bothered to explain anything other than "you might try oxygen".
Thanks to you people (some of you are really strange, lol) I have gotten off the five to six imitrex shots a night, not quite PF but I feel like I can deal with the bastard for a while longer.

Don't ever think for even one second, that this place helps a bunch of people and definately serves a purpose, much more so than a bunch of misinformed docs.

Dude,

That was me 12 years ago, doc said just breath it....it did shit.

CH.COM is where I learned how to use it, I get email everyday saying "I hear you are the 02 guru"....Im no fucking Guru, Im just a dude that learned how to use it and can tell you how to obtain it without a script.

What I know you all can learn right here just by reading.
