Title: Re: Buried treasure Post by Donna on May 30th, 2003, 10:43am Very good work.........there is treasure buried here, and some not so buried. Reading the archives is getting to be one of my favorite ways to pass time, now that there is so much good material recorded. Thanks. |

Title: Re: Buried treasure Post by Mack on May 30th, 2003, 11:18am Great post. I like the translator, even if can't find the $100 words. ;D I especially like the description of a cluster: "Pain afferents from the trigeminovascular system transverse the ophthalmic division of the trigeminal nerve, taking signals from the cranial vessels and dura mater. These synapse in the trigeminal nucleus caudalis and then project to the thalamus (ventroposterior) and lead to activation in cortical areas, including frontal cortex, insulae, and cingulate cortex, resulting in pain. " ??? ::) PFDANS, Mack |
