Title: What About Women? Post by Marge on May 24th, 2003, 7:00pm I am a 52 year old female who has suffered cluster headaches for 25 years. Episodic in nature, they have always gone away between episodes for periods of up to 3 years. It seems this round, however, is not stopping. I have been having cluster attacks on and off for the last 9 months with no break in sight. Any information about how this switch to chronic headaches may or may not be related to menopause and my age? |

Title: Re: What About Women? Post by Storm on Jul 7th, 2003, 3:49am Hi Marge, I know how you feel, I have just set a new record for time suffered in one hit (8 months) had them for 18 years altogether. My sister in law has a friend that suffered from age 14 to the menopause, then they stopped, nothing since, so I hope the same happens to you, all the best, Keith. |
