just found the site today ..... it's like finding out you were adopted...then searching for your birth family and finding them....I have had CH cycles for over 30 years and have never met anybody who has them or who can understand what we go through....(asside from my family)...I consider myself very lucky because my cycles are 18 months apart and only last 6 weeks.....I'm in the middle of one now and have about 3 to 4 10's a day.....one comes about noon......another early evening.....and of course the big mother at about 1am....and always an extra one if I should happen to doze off in the day to try and get some sleep.....I'm retired now but was an elementary school teacher for 33 years.....I dont have to tell you how I felt trying to teach 34 fifth graders then feeling an attack coming on and running to the teachers room to use my imitrex spray.....years ago (pre imitrex) I dont know how I made it through a day.....my best to all my new friends....so glad I found you.......Tony

Tony 18/6 30 yrs a long time dealing with this shit but
tony you are not alone they are members who have CH
for a long time like you.jonny the first post here i think
he is going on 28yrs.All i can say is welcome aboard.

Sorry to hear that you are in cycle. Do you have any tips or tricks to share with the group? What medications have you tried? There is so much to learn and share here.

Welcome aboard from the one who made the top two thirds of my class possible. ;D Isn't it great to find out you aren't really the only one? Like Miklos said, here you find out folks who really understand what is going on and what you are experiencing. Hope you will stick around between cycles too.

Perhaps you might have some tips about how to keep badly behaved 40 year olds in order, you wouldn't believe how naughty people here are.
