I just recieved "Cluster Headaches by Michael Goldstien"
from Amazon. On the table of contents page i noticed the web adress for this site. Its the only one listed. Below it reads;

" this excellent site includes a cluster headcahe forum,a live chat room, and other important cluster headache links"

Thats a fair book to read its mostly like reading ch.com but in book form but there is no fighting and no name calling or jokes in it. I think ch.com has more information.
That was published in 1999!
