Watched it again last nite (been a while) and realized that I could use the scene where Bruce Willis stabs the guy in the eye with a big ass icicle as an excellent analogy for CH pain!

I agree.

Same type as Terminator II where the new model spears the hospital guard in the eye while he's getting coffee.

What about Minority Report where Tom Cruise drops his eye and saves it from falling down the drain by catching it by the nerve, CH is like that but with the nerve still attached, gives me the willies!!!!
