First contact.
47 years old. First CH episode at 20. Current cocktail consists of Verapimil (80mg x2), Frova (2.5mg before I go to bed...bed?), Depakote (1000mg x2), Imatrex (20mg nasal spray) and will start Prednisone next week in advance of trip to Smokies. Prednisone "revenge" worries me.

This is first time I've gotten to the Dr. when I knew they were on the way. So far this currrent episode appears to be inconsistant. Slept last night and have not had one yet today. Other nights...scared that these mild ones will bring spikes with their next visit visit.

Welcome to the board! Sorry that the beast is making small paper cuts in your cranium, then soaking it in alcohol, and when the sting dies down, coating the mix with gunpowder, gasoline, and nitro, and lighting the whole bitch up. Welcome to the family! Good luck!
