Sitting here crying like a baby...so much is going on rite now with me...and to know you guys are still here for me is making me pretty emotional rite now...i feel like i have let you all down in so many ways...i have not been around but life seems to be kicking my butt and has been for awhile...it is just good to know that people really care about you and take time to let you know this...you guys have always understood me better than my own family and i cherish this...i miss you all so much...one day at a time i will get thru this...one day there will be a cure for chs and maybe for broken spirits too...until then, i am blessed to have this family....smiles and lots of hugs to all  of you, nancyc

I do not know you well except by reference. Nonetheless, there is room in the backyard for both of us to pace if that is what's needed. Free ice packs are included.  Warm Whiskers (don't ask) are nice after an episode, and they do help you relax.

You know, we all always tell ourselves 'it WILL end' during an attack, and this is true and we all know it.  Let me tell you this, the 'broken spirit' thing will end too.  I've been there and back again a couple times during this cycle.
