Has anyone tried prednisone with any success? I have to find something to stop the pain. It is leaving me totally exhausted and mentally drained. The only thing that has stopped the pain for me in the past has been a narcotic Butabital. Ant suggestions would help:(

JCM,
I've had success with Prednisone but once I started tapering down the h/a's came back in full force.
It was nice to have a couple of pf days right in the middle of a cycle though.
Have you tried oxygen yet? A lot of people here (including me) have had great success with it.

Thanks Jim,

I was afraid of that. I missed a dose and the pain came next. I must admit it has helped me also. I have 2 days of prednisone left and I am dreading what is going to happen when I finish. :o
