Thanks to all for the help. After dealing with the medical supply place they decided they couldn't deliver until late the next day so we found another supplier through the hospital. This is a company from out of town, but they are renting me an H tank with valve and throwing in extra tubing, a bubbler, and extra masks at no charge.

Their price is $50 dollars/mo with refills at $20 delivered to my house with one days notice. Is there anything wrong with this picture? The only thing the medical supply place needed was a mask and a gun!!!

I'm self employed and without insurance, so this is all out of pocket, so needless to say this is a BIG savings. I am not in favor of socialized medicine in any form, but we need to do something about the excessive charging in the medical field. I know a lot of it is due to peoples attitudes about the insurance co paying for things so they don't care about the prices. This allows the suppliers to screw us with impunity and really makes it hard for those of us who are actually paying out of pocket. (Everyone actually does, it just isn't noticed if it is job related insurance.)
