Windows operating system for windows 2000 has an accessibilty feature that is a virtual keyboard that appear on your monitoe. You use the mouse to tap the on screen keyboard.

Is there a download you can get to olace it somewhere in a windows 98 system. Its for a client of mine with cerebral palsy.

First you need to clear up the "Monitoe"

In windows 200 go to

1.start

2. programs

3. accesories

Its listed there. Its a really helpful for anuone with mobility problems and has a tuff time using a keyboard. (like me)
