Title: Re: OUCH Members (important) Post by Karla on Apr 23rd, 2003, 7:11am When I go to OUCH's website I can not click on the OUCH USA link. It is gone. The other ouch sites are still there and clickable but I can not get to the USAs information site. Is there a reason for this? |

Title: Re: OUCH Members (important) Post by Bob P on Apr 23rd, 2003, 8:16am Someday, when I have nothing to do, I'll rebuild the OUCH site since this happens to a few people. When you are at the page with the globe on it, you are at the OUCH USA site. There has never been a link attached to the OUCH USA on the globe since you're already there. The navigation for the OUCH USA site is in the gray bar under the OUCH logo. If you can't see them, you have a JAVA problem (since it's a JAVA applet). You either need to enable JAVA in your browser, upgrade to a more current browser version, get the Microsoft Virtual Machine download from Microsoft or if all else fails, use http://www.clusterheadaches.org/nav.htm |

Title: Re: OUCH Members (important) Post by Margi on Apr 23rd, 2003, 10:11am I gotta say I'm sad to see the other teams being dissolved as it heralds an evolution in OUCH that smacks of an overall apathy. However, I do understand that it also will hopefully spawn the birth of regional chapters where this work CAN get going again. Thanks to all the team members who have put in so much work over the years to grow OUCH to what it is today. I also want to say thank you to the BoD for not shutting down the Family Services Team. Although we've been rather slow this year, we have hopefully helped some supporters out there. For those of you who don't know us, you can find us here... http://www.clusterheadaches.org/family/index.htm We're here for those supporters who feel they are hitting the wall and need a little one-on-one counselling off the board. You can email us directly at clusterbuds@hotmail.com to talk to any one of us on the team. We all try to check that mail box as often as possible. To date, I believe, we've talked with more than 75 supporters off the board - most of them have never posted here. Sometimes it's a whole lot easier to talk behind the scenes to folks who intimately understand the complexities of being a cluster supporter than it is to post in a public forum. (Well, that, and we can talk trash all we want to and our clusterheads never know the difference! :)) |

Title: Re: OUCH Members (important) Post by Ted on Apr 23rd, 2003, 10:40am Does this mean I won't have to come back and do the newsletter anymore when I see no one else taking it on? I think Mr Willy just moved a little from thinking about that. :-) |
