This may sound stupid, but exactly how far do I put the needle in when I do a shot? I'm trying to conserve by only doing 2 mg.  :P I apoligize if it's somewhere on the board, but I can't find it and I can't think  :-[HELP :-/ Thanx-Bgirl

....about half the width of a finger should be more than enough...sub-cutaneous means under the skin....it hurts more if ya stick a muscle..... hope this helps.....N4H

On the left side of the screen is a row of buttons. Click the one that says 'imitrex tip'.

Maybe that is what you are looking for.

The statdose injector sticks the needle about half a millimeter into the skin, so what N4H said should be about good )unless you have really fat fingers).

Everytime I use the statdose, I think the needle's gunna go pierce through to the other side of my arm....

.. those things hurt like hell.... and needles don't bother me *flexing*...

... maybe when I'm panic'd I just push too hard...
